Pouring & Casting

Once the reinforcement cage is prepared any special lifting and handling accessories, as required, are fixed into position, then the correct quantity and mix of the concrete will be ordered by the operators using the computerized call point.

This concrete is delivered from the batching plant and placed into the concrete spreader, which will be cast into the moulds by the experienced operators to the desired depth.

When casting the concrete, compaction is done mechanically on tables equipped with high frequency vibration motors.
